Attendance & Academic Policy
  • Minimum 80% attendance required

  • Passing grade: 60%

  • Late arrivals affect attendance

  • Exams may be rescheduled only with proper documentation
    Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in course retakes and additional fees.

Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity
  • Respect all students and staff

  • No physical, verbal, or emotional abuse

  • No alcohol or mood-altering substances

  • Zero tolerance for cheating and plagiarism
    SELC follows a strict 3-strike rule for academic dishonesty.

Distance Education (DE)

Each week includes:
🕒 16 hours in class
💻 4 hours Distance Education (online activities)
DE submissions must be completed on time. Late or incomplete submissions receive zero attendance for DE hours.

Payments & Financial Information
  • Downpayment and first installment due before or on the first day

  • Installments due on the 15th of the month

  • Late payment fee: $50

  • Multiple payment options available (E-transfer, PayMyTuition, etc.)

Students must keep their accounts in good standing to maintain portal access.
