SELCโs Postgraduate Nursing (PGND) program is designed for internationally educated nurses (IEN) to upgrade their education in order to be able to practice nursing according to Canadian Nursing Practice Standards. In this program, IENs will learn the practices and policies of the Canadian healthcare system and licensing requirements as well as advance their critical thinking, clinical judgement, communication skills, and practical application of healthcare delivery. By the end of this program, IENs will be prepared to pursue a nursing career within Canada.
