When you choose SELCโs government-funded Supply Chain Management Specialist program, you are able to complete the program completely free of charge for eligible students. To qualify for this funded program students need to be working part-time (20 hrs or less per week) or on EI. Our Supply Chain Management Specialist program is taught at our beautiful Vancouver campus with possible online components. Upon completion, you will have the knowledge and skills required to pursue a career in roles such as material coordinator, material estimator, production controller, order clerk, shipping control clerk, and more. The Supply Chain Management Specialist Diploma encompasses transportation & logistics, determining consumer requirements for a product and sourcing raw materials for a product, as well as the flow of a product after these steps are complete. The Supply Chain Management Specialist program meets the complex industryโs current needs for skilled professionals. Students attend courses designed to provide a solid skills base in all the components of Supply Chain Management as well as providing valuable skills and knowledge in the business aspects such as: Communication & Negotiation, Business Ethics, Digital Business & E-Commerce, and Project Management.
SELC College is pleased to be able to offer this program completely funded through government support and community partnerships. Eligible students do not have to pay tuition out of their own pocket to complete this program.

This 400-level program is designed to give students with basic supply chain knowledge the advanced technical skills, knowledge, and experience required to pursue a career in a more senior supply chain specialist position, such as a freight coordinator, inventory management officer, and other roles. Graduation Requirements
- Students must successfully attend and complete all courses and successfully complete their Practicum Experience
- Students must achieve a minimum pass rate of 50% on all Final Exams and projects.
- Students must also maintain a minimum of 80% attendance throughout the duration of each course in the program.
- Students are expected to complete all course exams, quizzes and assignments, as well as participate in all discussions and activities.
- Students must complete the assigned co-op report to be submitted one-week after the completion of their co-op placement and achieve a Satisfactory Grade (S) in order to receive their formal Diploma.
